When you fill out our form or call us you may share your name and phone number and email address and city. You may also describe your basement problem and send photos.
Our website also collects some basic data on its own. This includes your IP address and browser type and device and the pages you visit and how you found our site. We get this through cookies and similar tools.
Why we use it

Who we share it with
We share your name and phone number and the details of your request with the contractor who will contact you. That is the main reason you gave it to us.
We also use service providers that help run our website and email and phone system and analytics. They only receive what they need to do their job.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it or trade it either. We may share information if the law requires it or if we need to protect our rights.
Phone calls and text messages
We may use a call tracking service to count calls and see which pages bring them in. Some calls may be recorded to check quality. If a call is recorded we will tell you at the start. You can ask us not to record.
If you give us your number we may call or text you about your request. We will not use it for anything else. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop.
Cookies and analytics

You can ask what information we have about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you. Call or email us and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or system is completely safe so we cannot promise perfect security. Please do not send card numbers or social security numbers through our form. We never ask for them.
Children
Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
